If so, you should join us for an informative seminar taking place from 6.00pm on Thursday 2nd October 2014.

Overview
Frank Taylor and Associates in conjunction with Santander, the Institute of Dental Business and Lovewell Blake Accountants, will provide an evening seminar covering the critical areas you should consider if you are thinking about buying an additional dental practice now or in the future.
Santander are hosting the event and whilst there will be a charge to attend, this will be donated to the Santander charity of the year which is currently the NSPCC. As an added bonus, Santander will match pound for pound the amount we donate.

Speakers
Dr Jane Lelean
Dr Jane Lelean is one of the UK’s leading dental business coaches, who works with clients like you from all over the UK, Europe and as far afield as Australia and USA. Jane brings a unique blend of passion for dentistry and business acumen that she distils into really simple models that are easy to follow and easy to implement. Jane will share with you some tips and techniques that are guaranteed to make your good practice great.

Lis Hughes
Lis has worked in the dental sector for many years and offers a depth of understanding in what does and does not work and which pitfalls are best avoided when buying a practice. Working with both vendors and purchasers during a transaction, Lis has a recognised knowledge and understanding of the business side of dentistry.

Simon De-Lacy Adams
After graduating Simon joined Lovewell Blake in 1983. He qualified as a chartered accountant whilst in the audit department but shortly afterwards transferred to head up the taxation department. He became a partner in 1999 and whilst having an interest in all aspects of taxation, he still has a general client portfolio with quite a number of clients in London and the surrounding areas. Simon heads up our Dental Team, which boasts a portfolio of over 300 dentists. He is a member of the National Association of Specialist Dental Accountants and Lawyers (NASDAL).

Robert Wiggins
Robert Wiggins started his career at Barclays Bank in 2001 where he worked in Retail and Commercial Banking. In 2006 he joined Fortis Bank to work in their Corporate division as a Relationship Manager before joining Santander in 2010 working in both Education and Healthcare and Real Estate. Since 2011 he has worked in the Global Banking and Markets division. Graduated with BA (Hons) in Economics, Politics and Philosophy and has an Investment Advice Diploma (Derivatives) from the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment.
