Supportive Ensure your customer service is supportive of your patients wants and needs, putting them at the heart of what you do.
Methodical Make sure your customer service systems and processes run like clockwork and you are consistent with the quality of care you provide from your website, through your front door, to your surgery and back again.
Individual Everyone likes to feel special, you may have a process for your patient journey, make sure that it makes everyone feel like an individual rather than a number.
Lifetime relationships Build life time relationships with your patients rather than providing one off treatment plans, you will find it more fulfilling, profitable and will generate a steady source of new patients.
Extra-ordinary Go the extra mile, treating your patients as you would really love to be treated yourself, if your want your practice to really succeed and stand out  to new and regular patients, ordinary is not acceptable, your service must be extra-ordinary.
