trained for?
Are you looking
for a practice that will enable you to develop?

You
don’t need to spend too long on dental social media sites before you
realise that many associates are unhappy and despondent about their jobs
and careers. Daily I come across stories and clients of associates dealing
with
- Being
under paid / paid late/ not being paid
- Unrealistic
UDA targets
- Pressured
to see patients who have been abusive / sexually inappropriate
- Changes
in terms, working hours etc without any consultation
- Empty
appointment books and no support in building a list
- Pressure
to do inappropriate treatments, breech regulations
- Work
with team members who are untrained in basic life support and dental
procedures
- Work
with inadequate, broken or temperamental equipment
- Work
with insufficient or inappropriate materials
- Unable
to do dentistry of the quality they have trained to do
- Lack
of support, including inability to contact the practice management or
owners for conversations
- Bullying
and harassment from colleagues
Which
of these apply to you?
